IOS remove error window

When deploying to the phone, this window will appear. All profiles configured Xcode sees the application. The application appears on the phone and works fine. How to get rid of this window? RAD 10.3.3 iPhone 6S(v.12.4.3) XCode 10.1 macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
In RAD10.3.2 there was no this window whis this project.

I went to the folder /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform
There I saw folders 12.0 and 12.1 (19B91)
I renamed the folder to 12.4 (196B91), the error disappeared. However the studio freezes at Launching...
What do the numbers 16B91 mean?
What do you advise?
