Hi all,
Is that true (about Delphi and C++Builder Community Editions with equivalence to the Professional version)?

I've just saw this in IntraWeb`s Facebook page.

Re: Community Edition
It was never the product itself that killed BCBJ, it was a lack of funding and resources to keep the journal going.macicogna wrote:Maybe it is a chance that will revive BCB Journal.

Re: Community Edition
Hi Remy,
Sorry, it wasn't my intention to say that the product killed BCB Journal.
I just think that a Community Edition, asked/awaited for ages, can increase the number of C++Builder users and, maybe, also the same community realize the role of BCB Journal compared with other source of information.
The number of users can increase importance and so it leads to funding.

Re: Community Edition
Would be nice but unlikely. That BCB outlasted Dr. Dobb's Journal by a year can only have been the result of Damon Chandler's dedication. Does anyone know how he can be reached?
Re: Community Edition
AFAIK, editor@bcbjournal.com still works.nmadani wrote:Does anyone know how [Damon Chandler] can be reached?
